A formal group CFO and group CEO office were designed, sales functions were professionalised, and leadership hiring was supported to build a stronger management bench. Capital allocation discipline was introduced alongside a consolidated management information system that provided a clear, comparable view of performance across businesses.

With improved transparency and governance, the group was able to redeploy capital toward higher-return segments, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and transition to a more institutional operating model while retaining entrepreneurial agility.
