She has served as Middle East CFO for the world’s leading communications agency, where she played a critical role in delivering profitable and sustainable growth, scaling the business nearly five times while strengthening governance, financial controls and long-term value creation. Her work supported leadership teams through periods of expansion, market volatility and regulatory complexity across the region.
Prior to this, Yashoda was part of a homegrown public relations agency, where she helped grow and professionalise the business before successfully steering it through its acquisition by this International marketing comms agency.This experience gave her deep exposure to entrepreneurship, founder-led growth, and exit readiness capabilities that are especially relevant to high-growth businesses in KSA and the UAE today.
